Kiss My Black Amex
I don’t mean it literally, but apparently there is a new rap video out called “Kiss my black Amex”. Before, it was quite trendy to mention your black card in your songs if you were a rapper, but apparently the new thing to do is make a whole song about it. Not to mention, if this is the Black card lifestyle, then I am severely missing out. If you have seen the video or heard the song, here it is. It is by a rapper from Chicago named Draft.
What’s even more interesting, and im not sure how they’re getting away with this, is that this rapper/his company/someone he works with is selling clothing with “kiss my black amex”. Surely American Express has seen/heard this song, heck they might even endorse it, but I would be completely shocked if they let someone sell clothing with their trademarked brand on it. Especially considering I couldn’t even use it in my domain name. Here is the link to the site that has the clothes - http://kissmyblackamex.com

I’m sure if the record company is paying them a cut, sorry I meant licence fee then would allow use of the trademark.
Stupid idiot, But chances are AMEX is fully endorsing this, after all the urban spenders are amongst their big sources for profit and publicity!, why not?
Perhaps they could get away with selling the merchandise because it is parody (a la Wierd Al) - I mean, this is a joke, right? If that moron could afford to fly in that jet in that jet in the background, he wouldn’t be able to do it for very long (he’s not p-dildo or anything).
Amex has nothing to do with this. The songs is crappy at best and the clothes are seriously pathetic. So this is a fluke. Kinda like another site http://www.blackcardclub.com which turned out to be fake as well
This is what our kids are into. If you self medicate as much as they do you will stand for nothing and fall for anything. Any parents out there that think that their kids aren`t totally loaded today, you don`t know much about 420 or April 20th. When they come in tonight with blood shot eyes and looking tired, you will know that you are raising a nail. In this life you are either the hammer or the nail. Come to think of it–The only people that I know with 4 degrees spent alot of time in their parents basement smoking pot and trying to decide what to do with their life. One of them even got married and is still in school while his wife takes care of their three kids and keeps a full time job so he can continue to “learn”. I am not kidding– this guy is 44 years old. I bet he is 100% certain that he is doing 100% that is needed to meet the needs and goals of his family. I wonder if he thinks that he is 100% self made as well?
