Centurion is Coming to Canada
Until now the Centurion card was not available in Canada. A member on flyertalk recently reported receiving a notice from American Express, notifying him that he would be receiving an application shortly.
According to information provided by a Centurion representative, the card will be available to Canadians nationwide, it will be invite only, and is due to roll out momentarily. She did say that your best bet on receiving an invitation is to be a current platinum card member.
If you’re a platinum member and want more information, I would suggest calling the number on the back of your card.
Happy Thanksgiving!

If you have to call to ask for one…….then you probably don’t deserve one. The card is probably only for the elite american express members.
Best news I’ve read yet! Using my US Platinum in Canada with the Canadian dollar where it is right now has been breaking my heart! Thanks for the great news =)
What is the price of entry for a Canadian Centurion Card if you are presently a Canadian based platinum member?
why there are some black amex made of regular plastic, what’s the diference from the one made of titanium?
I called Centurion Card Services, and was told that it was launched in Canada a mere 3 weeks ago, so they were yet to determine minimum annual spend or cost. The person I spoke with said letters were being sent out to certain Amex card holders, but couldn’t (or wouldn’t) comment on much more…
To my understanding, different countries offered the card in different materials. Ie: USA- Titanium. Japan- Plastic.
“What is the price of entry for a Canadian Centurion Card if you are presently a Canadian based platinum member?”
I’ve read there is a one time initiation fee of $5000 and annual membership of $2500.
I got the invitation, the initiation fee is $5000 , plus annual fee $2500, the card is made by titanium, and you will got one more extra plastic card for your back-up.
I received an invitation ( Canadian ) in February. It came in a fancy black wooden box but the $5000 initiation fee is a little much not to mention the $2500 yearly cost. Prestigious but overpriced.

Yes plat member interested in Black Card!
