Visa Black Card

Black Ink Magazine

Each Centurion member receives a subscription to Black Ink magazine, a magazine just for black cardholders. It covers all sorts of high end lifestyle topics. A reader recently tipped me off to this link, which is evidently an online copy of Black Ink magazine. The root domain redirects to the Centurion login, but apparently they forgot to do it to the whole site. It is even in Google’s index, so if they wanted to keep it private, they haven’t done a good job. Can any reader confirm if this is a copy of the actual magazine?

Cheers, I don’t know how long it will stay up.

EDIT- Looks like they have fixed this backdoor

Yes, that’s the magazine… same link that I am offered when I sign into the Centurion site.

Yeah 1KM, but is it the same as the paper magazine.

When I found that link in the centurion site, I surprised that it is not secured, so I thought it was worth sharing. It’s a very annoying format with PDF’s for the separate articles, not at all reader friendly IMO.

I cannot confirm whether it’s the same as the paper version. In fact, only the primary Centurion member gets s subscription to Black Ink. Because I am an additional cardholder that lives away from the primary cardholder, I don’t see the actual magazine.

I agree that the PDF setup is quite annoying. I didn’t really look through it for this reason.

The contents of the magazine seems just as boring as the contents of the Platinum magazine which I get with the mail once in a while :/

Btw, I’ve heard that having a black card should get you invited to special vip arrangements, etc. from time to time. Anyone got specific info what these arrangements are?

They are almost non-existent. There are exclusive event *purchase* options, but most are also available to Amex Plat. There is so little different between Cent and Plat, it’s shocking…

The index page redirects to the centurion login. But you can access all issues with this link …

Well it appears Amex fixed the link above, as you are no longer able to get past the Centurion log-in page.

This magazine isn’t the same offered to Centurion holders. The magazine listed here is the Centurion, not “Black Ink” which is actually the recently given name of the no name publication. The articles are completely different.
