Black Card Welcome Kit
Here is a reader submitted video of what the welcome kit for a black card looks like. It is definitely nicer and more elaborate than the welcome kit I received for my platinum card the other week.

I got the card about 2 weeks ago Eddie. The come come package was nice, but not this elaborate. I can post some pictures on here.
For the curious, the words on the outside front of the box are:
“Nice to Have You With Us”
The words on the back of the box are:
“… And Thanks for The $7,500″

Yeah that would be cool, admin! You know I just got my THIRD pre-approved offer from AmEx for the platinum card. The latest offer comes w/ a colored brouchure & a list of the benefits. *No promo card was included this time around.* The offer, which has a bunch of rsvp #s and codes on it, with a simple sign and return sheet, is good ’til the end of May.
Who knows, maybe the third time will be the charm and I will finally upgrade from my trusty, once status-worthy gold card! Oh wait, I just saw the platinum card annual fee!!!

I too got this package when I got my card… Wonder if there’s a different package for those who get a spouse card at the same time? There would need to be a place for both cards in the package… I’d find out but my spouse won’t use any of the benefits and as such no need to get one. I guess if i got her one now they’d just send another package with just her card. Anyone know?
Mine was missing the profile forms too… Had to call cust service to get them faxed. But did get registered.
Yep, the profile forms were missing. Centurion told me that they send those separately, though they never arrived. In any case I had my travel counselor enroll/upgrade me as needed.
Dude! My black card box was actually bigger than that. It was flat and square.
